Solar Plexus

Solar Plexus

I didn’t even know I had a solar plexus. And, now, I know where the ache is coming from.

I feel irked

I felt like I have been going in a downward spiral and I didn’t even know the signs of it happening.

Do I call for help or do I see if I can just deal with this physical pain in my solar plexus and emotional issue of wanting to flip out?

About Lilly

So here goes, I'm a mother of one child. I am learning to be an independent woman in charge of the choices I have to make for the moments I live here and now. I am learning who I am through the perspective of who I am in Christ. My son is a true joy. I love to write in journals, blog online, scrapbook, read and swim. I am finding so much about myself, and am loving every moment that I am taken back by the memories I make which replace heartache and sorrow...and even moments I care not to remember. I'm finally letting go. I'm allowing me, as a woman grounded in Christ, to experience love as a woman, mother, and, hope to be one day, wife.

  1. You get that ache too??

What about when your feelings get hurt – do you feel a physical pain in your heart, like someone stabbed you with a knife?

I’ve tried to explain to some people that it’s a REAL pain. Some people have never felt that in their lives.

I hope you feel better soon – I kind of feel like I’ve been teetering on the edge too, hanging on for dear life.

    • I don’t recognize body sensations as well as I’d like too. So, when I began doing that breathing exercise, I noticed half way into it that my solar plexus was aching. It was hard to explain so I googled it and found out what solar plexus is. Today, the pain is still there. I am going to try and notice that pain more now. I think it is a breakthrough.
